UPS Ground Shipping is free on orders above $400
Batteries = Ground only
Batteries will only be subject to Ground Shipping. No battery will be shipped on Overnight.

1. Shipping
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 6:00 PM CST are typically shipped the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We primarily ship using UPS.
2. Shipping Options

3. Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available at our Houston warehouse.
Hours: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST
Local courier delivery may also be available. Please call 281-786-8016 for availability and pricing.
4. Processing & Restrictions
Orders are inspected and securely packaged before shipment.
Products containing lithium-ion batteries, power banks, or other restricted items may be shipped by Ground Service only in accordance with carrier regulations.
5. Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
6. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Damaged shipments: Report within 48 hours and provide photos of the product, shipping box, shipping label, and your order number. Missing or incorrect items: Report within 48 hours of delivery.
Please keep all original packaging until your claim has been resolved.
7. Delivery Information
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or undeliverable packages.
